Open tickets

  1. You can see your tickets when you click to Open tickets in main menu. Details of each ticket you can see, when you click to the name of ticket (Subject).

  2. At ticket details is Status which ticket has
  • New - nobody takes care about ticket, owner is Nobody.
  • Open - ticket is openned by somebody.
  • Stalled - ticket has been stalled.
  • Resolved - ticket has been resolved.
  • Rejected - ticket has been rejected (unauthorized ticket, unsupported service etc.).Time stamps about Creation, Close and Update.
    Changes history in ticket - who, when, change description.
