Open tickets

- You can see your tickets when you click to Open tickets in main menu. Details of each ticket you can see, when you click to the name of ticket (Subject).
- At ticket details is Status which ticket has
- New - nobody takes care about ticket, owner is Nobody.
- Open - ticket is openned by somebody.
- Stalled - ticket has been stalled.
- Resolved - ticket has been resolved.
- Rejected - ticket has been rejected (unauthorized ticket, unsupported service etc.).Time stamps about Creation, Close and Update.
Changes history in ticket - who, when, change description.
