1 1. You can see your tickets when you click to **Open tickets** in main menu. Details of each ticket you can see, when you click to the name of ticket (Subject).

6 * **New **- nobody takes care about ticket, owner is Nobody.
7 * **Open **- ticket is openned by somebody.
8 * **Stalled **- ticket has been stalled.
9 * **Resolved **- ticket has been resolved.
10 * **Rejected **- ticket has been rejected (unauthorized ticket, unsupported service etc.).Time stamps about Creation, Close and Update.
11 Changes history in ticket - who, when, change description.
