5 1. Go to **"Tools" > "Settings" > "Account Settings" > "Account Actions"** and select **"Add Mail Account"**.

8 1. Please enter your **full name**. Your current **email address** can be found in your [[personal info>>https://uzivatel.sso.vsb.cz/wps/myportal/uzivatel/osobni-udaje/email]]. Use your **[[unified password>>doc:uzivatel.hesla.jednotne-heslo.WebHome]]** to log in. Click on **"Configure manually"** to configure your email account. Set the following parameters for incoming and outgoing mail servers:
9 Protocol: **IMAP **or **POP3**
10 Incoming mail server: **imap.vsb.cz** or **pop3.vsb.cz**
11 Port: **993 **or **995**
12 Outgoing mail server: **smtp.vsb.cz**
13 Port: **465**
14 Username: your **personal ID** (e.g., abc123)
15 Connection security: **SSL/TLS**
16 Authentication method: **Normal password**
17 Review your settings and click **"Done"** to complete the setup.
