MAC address in Windows 11 from cmd (Command Prompt)

Find the MAC address in the command prompt, you can use getmac /v or ipconfig /all.

Command Prompt cmd and getmac /v

  1. Click on the Search icon and start typing "cmd". In the Best Match section, select the Command Prompt application.

  2. Then type getmac /v and press Enter.
    Find your Ethernet adapter, locate column Physical Address and MAC address (group of letters A - F and numbers 0 - 9).

Command Prompt cmd and ipconfig /all

  1. Type ipconfig /all and press Enter.
    Find your Ethernet adapter Ethernet, locate row Physical Address and MAC address (group of letters A - F and numbers 0 - 9).
