Closed tickets - complain about your closed ticket

a) Directly by link at yout e-mail:

  1. Click on link for reopening and complain about your ticket.

b) By web interface:

  1. After processing, the request is moved from open to closed tickets. You can find it by clicking to Closed tickets at main menu.

  2. If the status is changed to resolved and you want to complain, then click on the Reply link in message which informs you about ticket resolving.

  3. Change the status to Open.

  4. After changing the status to Open, type in the box, why you are complaining about and click Submit.

  5. Ticket is moved to Open tickets and will be solved again.
