A unified password

• Unified password - also known as LDAP/IDM/SSO/academic password. This password is needed for access to academic computer network and academic information systems too. Examples of information systems supporting a unified password: EDISON, e-mail, food order etc...

WiFi password

• It provides access to all information systems integrated into the unified password system (such as EDISON and e-mail), as well as to the university's computer network via VPN.

Where is the password?

• At VSB-TUO, individual information systems are either integrated into a unified password system (LDAP/SSO) or maintain their own distinct user passwords.
