Denisa Wernerová 2.3 3 1. Computer network at VSB-TUO dormitory, Studentská 1777, O-Poruba, or Dr.Malého 15, Ostrava 1 (hereinafter referred to as "computer network at dormitory") is a part VSB-TUO computer network (hereinafter referred to as "computer Network TUONET ").
4 1. Dormitory subnet can be used in accordance with the rules on the use of VSB-TUO computer networks - Rector's Directive No. 2 / 99
5 1. Connecting to a computer network at dormitory is seen as a connection of each student's PC from VSB-TUO dormitory (Student 1777, O.-Poruba) to a TUONET computer network used only with their duties of learning and scientific activities.
6 1. Students confirmed with their registration:
7 1*. will comply with the rules governing the use of computer networks at dormitory
8 1*. will use dormitory computer networks offered resources in accordance with applicable regulations (directives, commands)
9 1*. will not use dormitory computer network for commercial purposes

Denisa Wernerová 2.3 13 1. The user must comply with rules of VSB-TUO computer networks ([[TUO_SME_99_002>>url:http://www.vsb.cz/docs/files/cs/2eb8e5d8-b1e6-40ec-8efa-675956190260]]).
14 1. The user is required to report violation of computer network rules to administrator.
15 1. Administrator is authorized to temporarily disconnect PC that is infected or otherwise attacked from the computer network.

20 1. The operation of servers, using illegal PC software or copyright infringing content
21 1. Downloading of copyrighted materials via torrents etc.
22 1. Gaining unauthorized access (hacking)
23 1. Unauthorized installation of wireless access point
24 1. Changing the assigned IP address
