New ticket - Entering your ticket

  1. After login in main menu click on New ticket.

  2. Choose a queue (where you place your ticket) and click on queue name by mouse.

  3. Write name of your problem into field Subject.
    If you have a picture with error message (see this), add it to ticket by button Browse into the field Attach file.
    Describe the problem into the field Describe the issue below.
    Carry out new ticket by button Create ticket.

  4. After ticket creation you can see details about the ticket. At History you can find who and when made changes in your ticket.

  5. Information about created ticket will be send automatically to your e-mail.
