1 This guide is intended for users who use the mail server imap.vsb.cz (pop3.vsb.cz). If you are using Exchange server, then please contact your Exchange server administrator.

7 1. In upper menu click to **Settings **and choose **Filters**.

11 1. Fill **Filter name**, choose action **Reply with message** and fill **Message body** and **Message subject.**

13 1. To **My additional e-mail address** box add a new line with e-mail address in form **first_name.last_name@vsb.cz** or **first_name.last_name.st@vsb.cz** for students.
