Wi-Fi connection

A wireless network (eduroam) has been established throughout the VSB-TUO campus. All university students can connect to this network:

Approaches from the internet - VPN

Because the VSB-TUO network is not fully open to the internet, some university network services may not be accessible from your home. In such a case, please use a VPN connection. A VPN connection can be automatically used by every student and employee:

• Connecting via VPN (Virtual Private Network)
   

Network connectivity issues

• Solving problems with connecting your computer to the network at VSB-TUO dormitory
• Network properties - TCP/IP, IP/MAC address - Configuring TCP/IP protocol settings, obtaining MAC and IP addresses, and advanced troubleshooting procedures for network connectivity issues.
