1 In some cases it's suitable to send listings of these commands to technicians for better diagnosis:

8 1. Click on the **Search** icon and start typing "**cmd**". In the **Best Match** section, select the **Command Prompt** application.

12 Click on icon in the left upper corner and choose **Edit → Choose all**

16 1. Copied text enter (CTRL+V) to the notepad (**Start → All programs → Accessories → Notepad**) or application **Word, OpenOffice **and save the document.
