How to setup filter to automatic response - vacation

This guide is intended for users who use the mail server imap.vsb.cz (pop3.vsb.cz). If you are using Exchange server, then please contact your Exchange server administrator.

Instructions:

a)

1. In upper menu click to Settings and choose Filters.
     
2. Click on the plus icon.
     
3. Fill Filter name, choose action Reply with message and fill Message body and Message subject.
     
4. To My additional e-mail address box add a new line with e-mail address in form first_name.last_name@vsb.cz or first_name.last_name.st@vsb.cz for students.
     
5. Save the rule.
   
   

b)

1. In upper menu click to Settings and choose Vacation. Proceed similarly as described above.
